Boss Bitching calls itself a user driven social content website that allows anonymous postings of stories about bosses. There are already a lot of posts on the website about bosses covering everything from getting fired on fridays to lying bosses. The site also allows users to vote on each entry for whether they think this is story about a truly bad boss or a story about a worker that is simply complaining too much.
